OPEN WATER DIVER

Prerequisites :

• Minimum age 15 years, or 10 years for JUNIOR OWD license
• Medical certification for scuba diving or medical declaration signed by participant in place
• For minors a confirmation signature of a parent or tutor is needed upon registration

Course program :

The Open Water Diver (OWD) is a beginner course that concludes with an international diving license.

The course consists of 5 theory modules, practice in the pool and 4 open water dives. In the final exam you will have to answer 50 questions and you will pass with 75% correct answers.

The PADI OWD manual, divers logbook and rental of equipment is included in the course.

Duration :

Minimum 3 complete days. Courses start Mondays and Thursdays.

Day 1: 09h-13h Theory, 14h-17h Pool practice
Day 2: 09h-14h Dive 1+2, 15h-17h Theory
Day 3: 09h-14h Dive 3+4, 15h-17h Theory + Final Exam
